“As humans, we all experience the ups and downs of life. Sometimes these ups and downs can feel out of control and that we don’t have the right skills to manage it all.”

Psychotherapist

I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals who have encountered adversity, and I firmly believe in the power of self-acceptance and resilience. I embrace a holistic approach to therapy that emphasizes self-discovery and helping you build upon your strengths to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Our therapy sessions will explore your unique journey by creating a safe and nurturing space for self-exploration and growth. Together, we will cultivate your strengths, navigate challenges, and discover the path that leads to your authentic self.

Creating a therapy practice that is inclusive and accessible to all is of utmost importance to me. I offer remote therapy sessions to accommodate individuals with limited mobility or other accessibility concerns in addition to in-person therapy sessions. I welcome clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.

So, if you’re ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery supported by a therapist who values your passions and interests, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s start this transformative adventure together and uncover the hidden beauty within.

I graduated from Argosy University Seattle in 2013 with a master’s in counseling psychology. Over the past ten years, I have worked with individuals ages 3 to 96 in various counseling settings. I particularly enjoy working with tweens, teens, and older adults. I bring many life experiences to my role as a therapist, which I have found to be very helpful in relating to my client’s life journeys. I live with my husband of 31 years and our three cats in a rural area on the Washington coast. We have two adult children who also live in the state. I enjoy gardening, arts and crafts, and trail riding in my spare time.
