What to expect

For new clients entering the agency – you will coordinate directly with our Clinical Director (Melissa Byrd, LMHC) to review your insurance coverage and to gain an understanding of what’s causing you to seek therapeutic supports and your goals for therapy to ensure that you are connected with the most appropriate provider from our agency.
